Cancellation Policy

Please read this liability waiver carefully before participating in Abracadabra Tugz Tufting Rug Making Class. By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with the service. 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand that Rug Making Class involves certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to cutting self with the tufting gun. I acknowledge that Eddie Reese went over safety guidelines on the tufting gun before class was started. I voluntarily choose to participate in Abracadabra Tugz Tufting Rug Making Class and fully knowledge and accept all of these risks. 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Abracadabra Tugz Tufting Rug Making Class, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in Abracadabra Tugz Tufting Rug Making Class, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm, even if caused by the negligence or fault of the Released Parties. 3. INDEMNIFICATION: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from my participation in Abracadabra Tugz Tutting Rug Making Class. 4. SHIPPING: If we have to ship you rug. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your product. If it’s a big party, please allow 15 business days. . 5. MEDICAL ATTENTION: In the event of any injury or illness during my participation in Abracadabra Tugz Tufting Rug Making Class, I authorize the Released Parties to seek medical treatment on my behalf and at my expense, if necessary. 6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING: I have carefully read and fully understand the contents of this liability waiver. I am aware that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights and assuming the risks associated with Abracadabra Tugz Tufting Rug Making Classes 7. GOVERNING LAW: This liability waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia/Clayton County.
