Service Description
Venue Rental Only — Tables & Chairs Not Included Perfect for clients who want to bring their own setup, vendors, décor, tables, and chairs. Host your celebration in style with our elegant Black & Gold venue rental options. Perfect for birthdays, baby showers, dinners, private parties, brand events, pop-ups, networking events, and luxury celebrations. Monday–Thursday 3 Hours: $225 Basic cleaning 30 minutes of setup time


Cancellation Policy
The Basics * Capacity: Our 1,666 sq. ft. space comfortably fits up to 110 guests seated or 200 standing. * Location: Conveniently located at 7851 Old Morrow Rd, Jonesboro, GA. * Availability: Bookings are available 7 days a week. Weekday and weekend rates apply. Booking & Payments * Minimum Booking: A 3-hour minimum is required for all rentals. * Deposit: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance + a $100.00 refundable security deposit is due 7 days before your event. * Tours: Physical tours are by appointment only. Check our "Tours" link to schedule. Space Rules * Setup/Teardown: Your rental time must include your setup and cleanup. If you need extra time for decor, please book those hours accordingly. * Decorations: We love creativity! However, no glitter, confetti, or tape/nails that damage the walls. * Catering: You are welcome to bring outside food and drinks. All trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins at the end of the night. Cancellation Policy * Cancellations made 20 days in advance may apply their deposit to a future date (subject to availability). * Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the full rental fee.
