FAQ

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Appointments are required for rug tufting classes, private karaoke rooms, and event space rentals. Booking ahead helps us prepare your station, room, or venue space so your experience is smooth, organized, and ready when you arrive.

Can I walk in?

Yes, we do accept walk-ins for activities only, based on availability.

For rug tufting walk-ins, please allow at least 30–45 minutes of wait time so we can prepare your design, materials, and station. To avoid waiting, we highly recommend booking your experience in advance.

How long does rug tufting take?

Rug tufting usually takes about 1 to 2 hours, depending on the size and detail of your design.

Can I take my rug home the same day?

Yes. You can take your rug home the same day. Please allow us up to 3 hours after your class to finish and prepare your rug for pickup.

Can kids participate?

Yes, kids can participate in select creative activities. For rug tufting and certain hands-on experiences, age requirements may apply for safety reasons. Please call us before booking if you are planning a kids’ activity or birthday party.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks for your experience, party, karaoke booking, or event rental.

Do you host birthday parties?

Yes. We host birthday parties for kids, teens, and adults. Please call us for more information so we can help you choose the best experience, room, or event space for your celebration.

Do you rent the venue space?

Yes. We rent our venue as space only for private events, celebrations, pop-ups, meetings, and special occasions. Please call for availability, pricing, and booking details.

How many people fit in the private karaoke rooms?

Each private karaoke room fits up to 10 people.

We also have a sliding door between the rooms, which allows us to combine both karaoke rooms for up to 20 people.

For larger karaoke events, we also offer a bigger karaoke space that can hold up to 50 people.

Is parking available?

Yes. We offer free parking for our guests.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Please refer to our official Cancellation Policy for all cancellation, refund, and rescheduling details.

How do venue deposits work?

Venue rentals may require a deposit or retainer to secure your date and time. Please call us for full venue rental details, deposit information, balance due dates, and availability.
