Abracadabra Tugz Experience Center Cancellation Policy ​At Abracadabra Tugz, we put a lot of love and preparation into every experience! Because we prep materials and reserve specialized equipment specifically for your session, we strictly enforce the following policy: ​1. Rescheduling & Cancellations ​More than 48 hours notice: We are happy to reschedule your session or provide a full refund. ​24 to 48 hours notice: You may reschedule your session one time at no extra cost, or receive a 50% refund. ​Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable. ​2. No-Show Policy ​If you do not arrive for your scheduled workshop or karaoke booking without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited in full. ​3. Late Arrivals ​We value your time and the time of our other creators! If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to stay on schedule.
