Cancellation Policy

Abracadabra Tugz Experience Center Cancellation Policy ​At Abracadabra Tugz, we put a lot of love and preparation into every experience! Because we prep materials and reserve specialized equipment specifically for your session, we strictly enforce the following policy: ​1. Rescheduling & Cancellations ​More than 48 hours notice: We are happy to reschedule your session or provide a full refund. ​24 to 48 hours notice: You may reschedule your session one time at no extra cost, or receive a 50% refund. ​Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable. ​2. No-Show Policy ​If you do not arrive for your scheduled workshop or karaoke booking without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited in full. ​3. Late Arrivals ​We value your time and the time of our other creators! If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to stay on schedule. If you are more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, as there w
